Environmental Compliance Audits:
Pyramid performs environmental compliance audits to evaluate a facility's compliance with internal controls and external regulations. The audits may include pre-audit questionnaires, site visits, facility inspections, interviews, and detailed documentation. We will identify regulatory, economic, and legal liabilities, and develop a custom program for risk reduction, asset protection and enhancement, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and internal quality controls.
Regulatory Compliance/Permitting:
Pyramid provides professional consulting services related to the preparation of air and water permits for various industries. Our water permitting includes public-owned treatment works (POTW), NPDES permits, non-discharge permits and groundwater injection permits.
Pyramid has also prepared numerous Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) for industries throughout the United States. This work has extended to providing NPDES stormwater sampling and design of spill control devices as well as best management practices.
