Mr. Webb has over 30 years of management, civil engineering and environmental experience.  He has designed and implemented gasoline vapor recovery systems in the Los Angeles Basin, designed and constructed skid-mounted hydrocarbon process units for major oil companies, designed ash handling systems for coal-fired power plants, and designed, constructed and started up the largest desalinator (potable water) system in the Middle East.

Mr. Webb’s recent focus has been to design groundwater and soil remediation systems relating to petroleum leakage of underground and above ground storage tanks.
